Die Häuser sind für höchste Ansprüche mit antiken und modernen Möbeln ausgestattet und besitzen ein gemeinsames großes Schwimmbad in einem landschaftlich gestalteten Bereich mit Panoramablick über das Val D’Itria. Das Haus befindet sich auf 1,2 Hektar an Oliven- und Mandelhainen und hat den Vorteil seiner Hügellage in ländlicher Gegend, ist aber nur 8 Autominuten von Alberobello, der Hauptstadt der Rundhäuser (Trulli) und dem historischen Zentrum entfernt, sowie 15 Minuten von Martina Franca.

Cleverly divided into two separate villas and designed to ensure privacy these villas can be rented independently or on an exclusive basis. The villas accommodate between 2 and 11 people.

The properties are furnished to a very high standard with antiques and modern furniture and benefit from shared use of a large pool that offers panoramic views across the Val D'Itria.

Trulli Sulla Collina provides a perfect base for exploring Puglia's wonderful historic cities and towns and it's central location provides easy access to both the Ionian and Adriatic coastlines.

Our English Property Manager will meet you and ensure that you are supported with any questions in relation to the property during your stay. Our local cleaning ladies who pride themselves on their very high standards of cleaning and lastly our English gardener/pool man who regularly attends the pool/gardens throughout your stay.

Puglia is the home of the magical 'Trulli' and is acknowledged to be one of the few remaining 'undiscovered' parts of Italy. The trullis are unique to this region of Italy and fall under the protection of UNESCO. These historic character buildings are fascinating and provide a wonderful sanctuary from the summer heat with their thick stone walls and cooling stone floors. Alberobello the nearest town is only 8 minutes away and is a heritage centre featuring hundreds of trulli all clustered together. Exploring the narrow picturesque lanes along which they are all situated is a nice relaxing way to pass away the time. The stone walled country lanes leading out of town are dotted with these century old buildings, all of which nestle amongst olive trees and vineyards. Our trulli is situated amongst 3 acres of olive, almond and cherry grove and has been renovated to a very high standard with the focus on retaining all the original features, providing you with a beautiful, unique and memorable character holiday home.

Don't forget to explore the gastranomic delights of this region - as well as all the native pastas and pizzas, much fresh local produce appears on every menu, including olives, almonds, figs, grapes and plentiful supplies of freshly caught fish. You cannot enjoy all this without sampling the award winning local wines at very attractive prices.
