Large airy well appointed villa with marble floors throughout. Large beautifully furnished living/dining room with DVD player and good quality hi fi system with feature open fireplace. The dining area seats 8 comfortably allowing for inside dining if required. This main room leads into a well equipped kitchen with hob, dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer. There are 2 large comfortable double bedrooms with very large double beds, a twin room and single room. All rooms have plenty of wardrobes and/or hanging space. All are furnished and equipped to a high standard. There are 2 bathrooms equipped with showers. Everything is brand new and very clean with all the comforts and equipment you would look for in your own home. The villa has games, books, a selection of DVDs and CDs for your pleasure. Cot/high chair available on request.

I Trulli (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4/5) + cot available

Character building with trulli cones and stone floors throughout, furnished in antique and modern style with paintings from local artists. There is a good size beautiful character lounge incorporating 3 trulli cones that is furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with a good quality Hi Fi system, DVD player and this is where the pull out sofa bed is situated. There is a central feature/open fireplace that is shared with the adjoining good sized dining room that comfortably seats 6 should dining inside be required. A well appointed kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher leads off from the dining room. One large double bedroom equipped with a very large double bed and antique furniture and a good size twin room. Both rooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space. There are 2 well appointed bathrooms with showers. Everything is brand new and very clean with all the comforts and equipment you would look for in your own home. The villa has games, books, a selection of DVDs and CDs for your pleasure. Cot/high chair available on request.

Notes on Accommodation

Fans are available for use in all bedrooms. Heating is available in the cooler months. Both villas are equipped with irons/ironing boards. Both villas have hairdryers. Both villas are strictly non smoking. Both villas are equipped with smoke alarms. Both villas are equipped with emergency lighting in case of local power cuts.

Outside La Casa

La Casa has its own very large private patio, beautifully finished in local stone and benefiting from a large shaded area for alfresco dining. The patio area is equipped with plenty of flood lighting and the array of flowers and foliage make this a pleasing place to sit and relax and enjoy the panoramic views.

The patio area is equipped with a large wooden table and seating for 8 and plenty of sunbeds for exclusive use.

Outside I Trulli

I Trulli has its' own private and secluded pretty patio that is beautifully finished in local stone. It has a bamboo shaded area for al fresco dining and is well equipped with external lighting. Plants and flowers add to the ambience. The patio is equipped with table and seating for 6 and has its own sunbeds for exclusive use.

Shared Facilities

Pool

A fabulous 10x5m pool is a feature of the property that is set in an enclosed walled and landscaped area. The pool has been enclosed sympathetically to retain the character and views, but does provide a greater degree of security and safety for families with young children, with its stone walls and pretty iron fencing with lockable gate. The pool is equipped with its own sunbeds and natural shade is available under the surrounding palm and olive trees. (All recently planted ready for 2006 season) A real benefit of this property is the attention to detail we place on ensuring the pool is cleaned regularly throughout your stay to ensure your maximum enjoyment. There are various pool toys/inflatables for your use.

Utility Area

There is a shared utility area within the garage equipped with washing machine, drying facilities and laundry baskets.
